Delivery

All balloons are delivered by our own cars on the day you request. In the unlikely event no one is at the address to receive the balloon it will leave an attempted delivery form which will give the recipient different options for re-delivery or collection. Delivery to offices, houses, hospitals Etc.. are at your own risk. Balloons shop kw can not be held responsible for late or missing goods to none domestic addresses. Generally in our experience we have not come across any issues. in these circumstances. Please use the delivery information tab for a more detailed explanation of the service.

Changes

Weights, ribbons and bouquets balloon may differ slightly to the pictures but in the main will be as close as possible. The main balloon will remain the same . In the unlikely event that we can not supply the main balloon you will contacted and offered an alternative or a refund.

Balloon Conditions

Balloons can deflate in cold conditions i.e during transit, if this is the case with your balloon place in a warm room and it should be restored to its normal condition.

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event you should receive your balloon in a damaged condition please contacts us within 48 hours of receipt via our email address. You will then be advised on returning your balloon at no cost to yourself. Please keep all original packaging for return.
